Verdict: The new 28 will not disappoint. The original 28 was already an excellent boat to drive, but the new model is even better. Comfort has been kept, but the new one is more stable at high speeds and calmer than the predecessor in the fast-paced turns. The Axopar has definitely been made to be a captain’s candy. The Axopar shapes have become familiar, but 28 looks still amazingly fresh and unique.
