Position: Chief Commercial Officer
Reports to: CEO Ari-Pekka Saarikangas
Location: Helsinki, Finland (with regular international travel)
Your Mission at Axopar:
As Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead our global sales, marketing, dealer network, and product management efforts across Axopar Boats and BRABUS Marine. Your core mission is to build and execute commercial strategies that drive sustainable and profitable growth while strengthening our global brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the global sales strategy, strengthen and expand the international dealer network, and drive revenue growth through data-driven dealer performance management and strong relationships.
- Build strategic external partnerships and lead strong cross-functional collaboration to support seamless execution and long-term business growth.
- Own and execute bold brand and marketing strategies for Axopar and BRABUS Marine, with a focus on digital excellence, lead generation, customer insights, and impactful global campaigns.
- Oversee strategic product planning and lifecycle profitability from concept to retirement, ensuring innovation and market relevance through customer-driven development.
- Foster a high-performance culture, drive high employee engagement and lead the commercial team to deliver on strategic objectives with excellence.
Performance Indicators – How We’ll Measure Success
- Growth in revenue, margins, and commercial KPIs.
- Quality and profitability of the dealer network and key accounts.
- A passion for premium lifestyle products, outdoor adventure, and the marine industry.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and decision-making skills.
- A Master’s degree in management, business administration, or a related field.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
We’re Looking for Someone With:
- 10+ years of proven experience in a similar leadership role with a strong track record of commercial success.
- Deep understanding of global dealer networks, sales operations, and brand marketing.
- Brand visibility, global awareness, and customer satisfaction, digital platform traffic, lead conversation rates and social media engagement.
- Delivery of strategic product milestones and innovation.
