Your role as Delivery Capability Manager

As a Delivery Capability Manager, you will be the crucial link connecting production, development, engineering, and implementation teams. You ensure that our change processes, seasonal updates, new product introductions, and product ramp-downs run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with Axopar standards.

You will influence how products move through their lifecycle, support decision-making, and secure seamless communication across stakeholders. If you enjoy turning complexity into clarity, this role offers both challenge and ownership.


Your main responsibilities

  • Ensure the Delivery Process is followed accurately.
  • Define, collect, and analyse KPIs to monitor process performance.
  • Propose and drive process improvements across production and implementation.
  • Actively participate in process reviews, representing the production perspective.
  • Serve as the operational link between implementation teams and production.
  • Coordinate information flow between internal teams and OEM partners.
  • Play a key role in feasibility assessments and approval of changes.
  • Participate in new projects from the design stage through prototypes to serial production.
  • Participate in product ramp-down and ensure correct execution of related processes.

  • Highly structured and systematic approach to planning, estimating, implementation, and monitoring.
  • Initiative, ownership, and strong drive for results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical mindset.
  • Talent for simplifying processes and maintaining clarity.
  • Industrial/technical education.
  • Communicative level of English.
