Your Mission as Digital Marketing Specialist
As part of Axopar’s brand & marketing team, you will be responsible for driving digital growth through performance focused marketing and e commerce development. You will plan and execute digital campaigns, analyse results, develop customer journeys, and continuously improve tools, processes, and performance.
Main responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and performance driven channels
- Drive digital growth, supporting commercial targets.
- Analyse campaign, website, and e commerce performance, turning data into actionable insights.
- Develop and improve customer journeys, conversion paths, and digital touchpoints.
- Manage and optimise digital marketing tools, platforms, and tech stack.
- Support copywriting and visual content creation for digital channels.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver results.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing or communications.
- Relevant education in marketing, media design, communication, web design, or a similar field.
- Exceptional command of written and spoken English (our company language).
- Strong visual sensibility and the ability to design brand-aligned social content.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and time management skills; adept at multitasking and prioritisation.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Ads Managers, Sales Force, Marketing Cloud, Contentful, Ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders and manage relationships with partners.
- Hands-on entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and a true team player with a growth-oriented attitude.
