Your Mission as People & Culture Intern

  • You will support recruitment, onboarding, internal communication, learning & development, and people analytics initiatives across the organisation.
  • A key focus of your internship will be:
  • Strengthening and digitalising our learning ecosystem
  • Supporting our broader cultural journey
  • Developing reporting dashboards in our new global HRIS system to support data-driven decision-making
  • This role combines culture, communication, learning, and analytics.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment and employer branding activities
  • Create content for employer branding and People & Culture communications
  • Refresh and update our intranet sites to improve clarity, structure, and engagement
  • Digitalise our onboarding learning path into Axopar Campus
  • Support all functions in building impactful learning materials — from foundational trainings to more advanced, role-specific trainings
  • Assist in developing structured learning paths
  • Support preparations for our Value Day 2026 as part of the cultural journey
  • Develop and enhance reporting dashboards in our new global HRIS system
  • Support HR data analysis, reporting, and data quality improvements
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Academic background in a relevant field (preferably 3+ years of studies in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or similar)
  • Strong interest in people analytics, HR systems, and data-driven HR
  • Good analytical skills and ability to work with data
  • Strong interest in learning & development and digital learning platforms, including AI-enabled solutions
  • Good writing and content creation skills
  • Structured, proactive, and hands-on working style
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in standard IT programs (especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience with HRIS systems, dashboards, LMS platforms, intranet tools, or employer branding projects is considered a plus.
