Your Mission as Sourcing Intern
You will support our Sourcing team in cost efficiency initiatives, supplier coordination, and item management. This role provides direct exposure to procurement processes, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product Management, and Production.
Main Responsibilities
- Support cost efficiency and cost optimisation initiatives
- Assist in preparing and analysing offer requests (RFQs)
- Compare supplier quotations and support evaluation processes
- Support item handling and master data accuracy
- Assist in maintaining supplier and pricing data in systems
- Participate in supplier communication and follow-up activities
- Support cross-functional sourcing and development projects
What We’re Looking For
- Academic background in supply chain management, engineering, business, or similar (preferably 3+ years of studies)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Structured and detail-oriented working style
- Interest in cost structures, procurement, and supplier management
- Proficiency in standard IT programs (especially Microsoft Excel)
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Experience with ERP systems or procurement tools is considered a plus.
