Axopar Boats receives NMMA 2024 Marine Industry CSI Award at the 2025 Miami International Boat Show.

Axopar Boats has once again been recognized for its commitment to customer satisfaction, earning the prestigious NMMA (National Marine Manufacturers Association) Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award for 2024. Axopar is the only European boat manufacturer that was awarded the achievement this year, now for the fifth time since 2019.

The award was presented during the Industry Breakfast at the Discover Boating Miami International Boat Show, where a total of 63 boat and engine manufacturers were honored for achieving an independently measured customer satisfaction score of 90% or higher. Axopar Boats excelled with an impressive overall score of 94.74. 

The Marine Industry CSI Awards program is based exclusively on feedback from new boat owners in the United States, evaluating manufacturers and dealers on key aspects such as product quality, sales experience, delivery, service, and warranty support. The 2024 reporting period covered customer purchases made between January 1 and December 31, with more than 275,000 customer surveys collected.

The Marine Industry CSI Program is the largest consumer satisfaction initiative in the marine industry, designed to enhance the overall boat ownership experience and drive long-term industry growth. New boat owners receive two surveys — one shortly after delivery and another nine months later — to assess their satisfaction throughout the first year of ownership. The award serves as a mark of excellence, reinforcing confidence in both the brand and its dealer network.
