Boating has been part of my life since childhood — my father used to design and build 4–5-metre boats in our garage. These days, I enjoy boating in the Vaasa archipelago and around Uusikaarlepyy, mostly in good weather and with an open-style boat. Among Axopar’s models, I’m especially drawn to the sun-top commuter boats designed for day trips. Another passion of mine is football.
I live in Mustasaari, just outside Vaasa, with my spouse, our dog and two cats. We also have two adult children who are currently studying abroad.”
