”I founded the Krosswise Group three years ago. Today, we have a team of 100 talented professionals and an annual turnover of around 10 million euros. Our expertise lies in providing digital services for the defense industry, health data sector, as well as for manufacturing, marine, and logistics industries.

My personal connection to the marine world started with fishing, but since 2019, our family has discovered a shared passion for wakesurfing and wakeboarding. These sports require a special kind of heavy, deep-drafted boat equipped with fins that shape a large wave. Unlike wakeboarding, wakesurfing allows the rider to surf the boat’s wake without a tow rope. While these sports are still relatively unknown in Finland, they work surprisingly well even on Lake Näsijärvi.
