The BRABUS Shadow 850 XC Cross Cabin was designed as a refined, Gran Turismo-inspired interpretation focused on effortless high-speed cruising and long-distance capability. The BRABUS Shadow 1000 XC Cross Cabin is the more performance-focused model of the range, combining instant acceleration, agility and a unique, markedly dynamic experience.

The BRABUS Shadow 1000 XC Cross Cabin, flagship of the new Shadow 38 generation and a bold statement of the future direction of BRABUS Marine, is slated to make its official world premiere at the Cannes Yachting Festival from September 8–13, 2026, with a press conference scheduled for September 8 at 2:00 PM CEST.

Powered by twin Mercury Verado 425 V10 outboard engines with a combined output of 625 kW / 850 horsepower, the BRABUS Shadow 850 XC Cross Cabin delivers a strong balance of performance, control and everyday usability. A top speed of up to 55 knots and strong mid-range torque support stable, controlled high-speed cruising, while the naturally balanced V10 configuration ensures smooth and easily predictable response across varying operating conditions. The result is a powerboat with a composed, sophisticated character that remains distinctly dynamic at the helm.

At the top of the new Shadow 38 range, the BRABUS Shadow 1000 XC Cross Cabin produces 735 kW / 1,000 horsepower courtesy of twin Mercury Racing 500R V8 outboard engines. With a top speed of up to 60 knots, immediate throttle response and breathtaking acceleration, the powerboat was specifically designed for owners who want to explore the full potential of the new platform in its most unrestrained form. Raw power, precise handling and unmistakable presence define an intensely engaging driving experience.

Drawing inspiration from the world of bespoke BRABUS supercars, the Shadow 1000 brings the German luxury brand’s high-performance DNA to the water with an emphasis on next-level speed and elegance.
